Atif Khawaja

Atif Khawaja is a trial lawyer with broad experience representing Fortune 100 clients in commercial and intellectual property matters. He has served as trial and appellate counsel in a variety of fact-finding and dispute resolution proceedings in more than two dozen venues, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in all stages of litigation.

Mr. Khawaja has coordinated with multiple public interest agencies, including the Medicare Rights Center, the Asian American Legal Defense Fund, and the New York Lawyers’ for the Public Interest for a number of pro-bono projects. He has received the Kirkland & Ellis Pro Bono Service Award from 2005 to 2009 and is a member of the firm’s recruiting and diversity committees.

Mr. Khawaja received his law degree from Boston University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia.
