Sarojit Malik (Founding Managing Director) Graduate Program in International Taxation, Harvard Law School, BA (Hons)and MA in History from St. Stephen's College Delhi University. Expertise: Global Strategy, M&A, International Taxation, Finance, Trade and Corporate Structure. Formerly: Director at Arthur D. Little, Inc. and Senior International Consultant Price Waterhouse. He started his career as member of India elite Civil Services and was an Assistant Commissioner in the Ministry of Finance Government of India.

He has over twenty years of experience in counseling and assisting clients with international corporate strategy, structuring strategic alliances, cross border transactions, mergers, acquisitions and divestments. He has traveled extensively, assisting clients with complex transactions, international issues, problems in Asia, Latin America, Eastern Europe, Western Europe and the US.

Mr. Malik resigned from ADL in 1998 and founded Access International with a vision of providing corporate development and globalization service to middle market companies and companies in emerging economies by combining the best of Management Consulting, Investment Banking and Private Equity business models. He conceptualized the need for a "Global Platform" for Middle Market Cross-Border M&A. Access International was renamed Access International Capital LLC and represents this evolved business model.
